NORTHGATE BRANCH NEXT TO P&PAY

I received excellent service from Mohammed and his team at the NORTHGATE branch next to Pick n Pay. Mohammed was patient, listened carefully to my needs, and addressed them with understanding.

PROBLEM, MISS LEADING CLIENT = RIVONIA BRANCH BLVD In contrast, the service at the Rivonia Boulevard branch was disappointing. The staff there were unprofessional, laughing and making inappropriate remarks about clients. They also misled customers with incorrect information. The lack of respect and poor attitude towards clients is unacceptable.
