Normal home wifi users are too small for Telkom

I feel like crying now. Two Telkom agents dropped the call on me when I ask for help with a slow connection. LTE wifi. They tell me the tower has an issue but its been a full week, how do you not fix a tower for a whole week. I an very disappointed because I have 3 cellphone contracts and wifi with Telkom but they drop the call on me two time. We need to get back to servicing customers. Are we too big now for the normal home wifi user, do we have too much money now to attend to their needs. Poor service but yet they still take the money. I cannot believe people can be treated like this.
