NOONE CAN HELP WITH MY PROBLEM!!!

I have now been on the line waiting for someone to speak to for about an hour. <br> <br> I have called in numerous times about one of our sites. Somebody put a block on the line so they can't make outgoing calls except for emergency numbers. <br> <br> No one seems to be able to help me the \new service department"NEVER answers! This is apparently the department I need to speak to? <br> <br> Please can someone just tell us how to unblock the line as we do not obviously know the pin.<br> <br> We have been trying for 2 weeks now to sort this out and there is no one who seems to be able to help me"
