Nonsense service n unhelpful call center agent

I don't know if Telkom just loves taking ppls money n give them Zero service, after sale customer care, one they look you into a contract they careless about delivering what was promised.... Last year we took up a data contract , off which the sales person didn't tell , it was a Telkom data only line nor did they check for coverage, almost a year has passed back n forth with Telkom first they gave us 6 months of data, when that ended n no solution was found they just stop, when we called to cancel, only than they started working on our case, now they say they will gives us data for the reminder of the contract, almost 5 days later when they said it would take 24 hours we still waiting for data, guys stop playing games...we haven't at once missed a payment towards this nonsense yet we get zero joy from your service... please fix this
