Nonsense service at Telkom Northgate

Telkom and process changes they implemented are useless in my opinion, 1. We complain about covid and social distancing but we still have to sign forms in the store, why isn't the company going green and do everything digital instead of signing forms. 2. You want to port a number via SMS, you are told to go to the branch, at the branch u still have to wait in queue and still sign forms why aren't the regulations not respected, other things like this can be done online no need for customers to go to branches. Yes I understand ***** prevention but other things can be avoided really. The stuff wasn't as welcoming. Telkom Northgate won't see me ever again.
