nonsense service

I placed an online order on Sunday for a laptop and a router, i received an sms and an email stating that the online order was successful and that they would contact me after 48hrs, it is Thursday today, no one has contacted me, i have been calling Telkom to know what is happening, no one can give me an answer, when i called today and spoke to Nompumelelo Mkhize, i asked her then why does telkom state that they will call me after 48hrs when they are clearly not doing that, her exact words were "this is not the department to be answering such questions", so i get attitude on top of that, wow Telkom, nonsense service i tell you
