Nonsense service

Telkom carried on with a sale I clearly declined on the 18th May 2021. The courier came twice to deliver and both times I returned them with the device and made a note on the slip/form I was supposed to sign that I do not want the device. Now I’m being billed every month for a phone I don’t have. They keep sending me pillar to post.
