Nonsense of a service provider!!!

Telkom is the worst company I have ever encountered. In September 2022 , I took a cellphone contract with them which I clearly read the terms and conditions, every month my invoices are different and don’t seem to make sense. My debit order goes off without fail at the end of every month but somehow they are always adding extra charges. With what’s happening in our current economy, it makes no sense for me to be still stressing over a cellphone contract!!! It is such a nightmare, when they feel like suspending your services, they do so. I am glad I don’t even know where the direct call centre building is or else I would burn it down with everyone in it because they are so useless. It is honestly daylight *******. If you ever consider taking a contract with them for whatever, please don’t do it!!! The stress and trauma is not worth it
