nonsense company
My contact with telkom has been over since May 2024. Of which they didn't cancel and at that exact month and I ended up having to pay R504.66 on 25 June because I was still getting billed by them. I then logged onto their not so user friendly website and I cancelled the contract end of June. WHY did I just receive an email telling me I am OWING TELKOM R203.70? WHEN MY CONTRACT IS OVER? My credit score will not get ****ed up by telkom. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER ANYWHERE TO GET THROUGH TO YOUR CONTACT CENTRE. somebody needs to contact me to rectify this. I AM TIRED OF TELKOM!

HOW DO YOU TELL SOMEONE THEY ARE OWING MONEY BUT YOU DONT KNOW WHAT ITS FOR? for her to tell me to contact the client to confirm what its for? BULL. Somebody better contact me. this is my money that telkom is tyring to take once again. I had never ever missed a payment for my phone contract, i always paid on time but when its time for the contact to be terminated theres issues? i am not paying this.
