I have been with telkom for almost four years now I never had any issues with payment till recently.I called the call center to inform them I have issues with my account and can I be debitted twice the following month.the agent told me she can't and because my subscription was less than R500 they can't.I went to the store they could not they told me to pay 15 days in advance it was not possible at the time coz it as 2 days b4.deduction went off it bounced bank charges cost me R350.then telkom goes on to deduct R200.96 because of the debit order that bounced.I don't owe them this I want it back.Refilwe baloyi the supposed manager of sivile dabula refused to give me a refferrence number and to this day she is still getting back to me about two weeks .
