Nonsense

I placed an order telephonically (december deal 2019) They delivered the wrong package. They delivered 2 big routers. Now the bill is sky high with "arrears " I was told not to pay until the matter is resolved. I now owe R1926.5 They sent courier to come collect the big router whilst i wait for small router. It is nonsense!
