I would like to inform you that I appreciate the excellent service from Nongumiso Nzima.

I am really impressed with her responsiveness and dedication in helping me resolve my WiFi issue which I have been having since this morning calling in since 9am for assistance and all the previous 3 agents were of no use giving me various reasons even saying I need to get a new router. If the other agents knew what they were doing like Nongumizo I could of enjoyed my Sunday but yet It was wasted.But most importantly I hope you take care of Nongumiso Nzima as she is truly an Asset to your company.She deserves a promotion and should be training her fellow colleagues on how to do things correctly.

Well done Nongumiso Nzima giving me reassurance there is hope for the service delivery from Telkom.
