None Responsiveness

Again I must write an email to Telkom as they have again not kept their promise made to me. I logged a requested with the Social Media team on Facebook on Friday and still to date I have not receive any feedback and again I sent another message this morning and still no answer.

I am getting sick and tired of every time I sent a message or log a complaint all I get is that they are sorry for the inconvenience caused and that they will look into the matter. I also do not need another free campaign of Data as that also does not work as I was promised to receive the Free Campaign data for 6months and only received it for 3.

I don’t think Telkom sees how serious this is, as they cannot keep their promises made to their clients.

I would like to get a manager to contact me as I would like to have this matter resolved.
