None Responsive woth my product and on emails

I am here unhappg of the false representation/adviti*****t.

I bought a Samsung J7 Prime at Telkom Fourways Crossing. They advertised the phone with a Samsung PowerBank. When I came to get the phone they tell me that there is no PowerBanks (whereas when I ordered the phone and they knew I would come back they somehow might have sold it)

When we looked at the phone and they tried to apply for me the PowerBank was there now when I come to collect the phone they are out of stock? How? Isn't it on "Promotion" with the phone I bought? How is it that when I come there is no Power Bank? Why lie to me? Promise something they cannot deliver?

I needed my PowerBank today (29/09/2017) for the next day as I need to use it but noo, "they do not have on stock"

I am unhappy and frustrated. They **** to me and gave me false hope. They falsely represented the promotion and it is unprofessional & it is *********!

I AM NOT HAPPY !!!

Telkom need to stop feeding us lies!!

I have been following up and no one replies to my emails. The Telkom email is also on my maols and still my emails goes unanswered.
