None rectification of problem and passing buck
Since 12/01/2016 Telkom unable and apparently unwilling to fix snapped telephone line due to a huge storm on the 10/01/2016 and due to storm damage telephone pole is now falling over. After seeing 5 technician and spending endless hours with an unhelpful call centre to date nothing has been done!<br> <br> Telkom is not serious about their service or interested in their customers
