None of it works

So first off our phone has been down now for about 3 weeks. Reported it on Telkoms site still nothing, and now the internet is sooo slow it makes dial up look fast. Reported that this morning after waiting about half an hour for the Telkoms site to load. After filling out everything it brought up a message to say we will contact you shortly, that was this morning before 9 it is now 1:12 and still nothing.
