NONE EXISTENT SERVICE FROM TELKOM

Telkom replies to no emails of complaint. Firstly I ad no email connection from 25 November 2019 to 23 January 2020. hereafter my line was suspended as I had not paid my account - never received any as no emails received for the period.

Nobody came to set up my new mobile modem or change the lines - relocated and no new instrument ws delivered. A long email of complaints was sent to ***, but to date no response received. What can I do as it affects all forms of communication.
