Non Submission of Documents for new contract by co

I app**** for a contract 3weeks ago submitted all the required documents. I teller promised to call the following day to confirm and collect if i had qualified. No call was received. I went back and was told my documents were not received application was rejected. I sat down with another consultant who promised to call the next day and she said she will submit my documents. I never received the call. Upto date and its been a week. I spoke to Telkom fb team who investigated and told me my documents were not submitted by these consultants. Whats the use of having consultants who do care and not do a simple task of submitting documents for verification. I recently got a 011 contract from Fourways fast and efficient. These is extremely ridiculous and these consultants must stay home if they dont want to do their jobs
