Non stop phone calls from rude call centre

Telkom call center calls me everyday atleast 5 times per day to give me an upgrade even though I have asked them numerous times not to contact me. Their call center then drops the call while I am telling them to stop calling, and 20 mins later someone else call me. As a consumer, I have the right to say stop calling me all day long!
