NON SMS's AFTER 1 WEEK OF A BRAND NEW CONTRACT AND NO SUPPORT

I ported my number to Telkom last Saturday at the Kolonnade branch. In this past week I have tried to reply on two SMS, but get a message saying I cant send SMS's because I have reached my limit. Not sure how 500 SMS's disappeared in a week, especially after I sent 0. I was given their technical support number, which keeps going to the Kolonnade branch. I rebooted the the phone as they suggested, which made no sense, but I decided to humour them. Now I have no ability to send SMS's, I cant get support to configure the SMS's and cant reach their support department. Kolonnade made no effort to get their support department to call me.
