Non service provider

Tax payers take note: We (government department) app**** for a 10mb ADSL line almost 4years ago, this line has never been able to operate at 10mb, we have had numerous technicians on site, then they tell you that you must apply for a 2mb line, surely if you can't supply the service due to your infrastructures inadequacies then you should not offer it or charge for it. The major headache is the continuous breakdowns weeks/months on end, the latest one 12Aug2016 90ctk120816, every week a different response, waiting for cable/cable dovision, vandalised junction box, ****** cable, busy splicing the cable etc, today replacing underground cables with no idea if it is still days, weeks or months. This ADSL line ( ********** 502) has been down this year at least 4 to 5 months, is Telkom still billing the state?

No offers received from Telkom to have a continued corporate service in place with some sort of temporary alternative.

I would never recommend Telkom as a service provider to anyone that I meet or know!

So exactly how much longer can it take, I mean REALLY!!

What exactly are you doing while our corporate business suffers?

Correct this or at least offer a temporary alternative at your cost.

********** 472 is my number!

Telkom take note that I am still waiting after your private response on 26 Sep 16.
What I forgot to mention is that our data contract is with @lantic, so every month that goes by is money wasted on a contract that we are unable to make use of because of your faulty adsl landline service.
