Non service from telkom

Telkom contact centre is not helpful on the 4th of April I phoned and request for my contract to be cancelled , I was advised that I should fill a former and sent it to ********** Even to this day my contract was never cancelled all they know is to bill me Another thing is last year I bought a router of which even to this day it's not working , I phoned customer care I was told that I should go to my nearest branch , I went to alberton branch and they told me that since I bought the router online I should phone so that they can assist me ,it seems like telkom has unprofessional stuff that don't know what they doing ,i am paying 1000 every month to telkom and I have been a loyal customer to them but I get non service from them , I have had enough of telkom I just don't want anything to with it Can I get help for wat I'm paying for Regards Zama buthelezi ********** 833
