NON SERVICE DELIVERY LTE

<p>I took out the uncapped LTE deal that Telkom were offering. They promised speeds of up to 100mbps. I never expected to get this even though I am in line of sight to the tower. At the start I was getting 20mbps which was satisfactory. It has slowed down to about 2mbps. For this I pay R600 a month. I have been harassing Telkom about it for nearly 10days now. I received a call from them two days ago saying that they would try to resolve the issue within the next 21 working days. This is ridiculous. I am tired of constantly paying Telkom regardless of whether I actually receive the service I am paying for. I would like to be released from this contract immediately. Surely the CPA must offer us some protection from ************ corporate companies / government entities like Telkom. FYI the 1 star rating is only because 0 is not offered by this site. </p>
