non-sense fee R220

Telkom has suspended my contract due to not paying the R220 charged for bounced debit order. I called telkom numerous times to cancel the d/o because im paying then on the 20/21st of each month but they debiting. Does that make sense?

They got my payment, debited me still on top of that charges me R220 because d/o isnt catered for,,, is there any sense to this. Im tired of TELKOM, gave them business again after my initial contract ended, now they do this

I am not going to pay this non-sense charge. Am sending this matter to my attorneys coz am tired of TELKOM. I paid it bcs i ddnt want my line to be interupted
