Non responsive
I need to cancel my fixed line with Telkom immediately! I sent a cancellation letter on 21 Sept 2017. No response according to their 21 days turnaround time. I tried to close the line at one of the Telkom stores (Northgate Mall), but I was advised to call Telkom Support (10210) or Telkom Sales (10213). I called these two numbers and there's usually no response - after 10 min of holding I drop the call. This non responsive service is unsatisfactory.
I need this Telkom fixed line closed immediately, please! Telkom must stop billing me for the line as well. I won't be using their service.
