Non refund as yet and waiting 4 months

I have lodged a complaint 4 months ago and to this day i am still awaiting for my monies to be deposited into my account.It is sickening to think that i have an uphill battle month after month to obtain R72 that is rightfully owed to me.<br> If my money in not paid by the end of this week i will be taking further steps cause if the role was reversed i would be black listed without a blink.<br> I am one very frustrated and highly irritated customer.<br>
