Non-receipt of Credit

On 4 November 2017 I received an e-mail from Telkom containing an invoice that reflected a credit balance for a cancelled data contract with Telkom mobile. I am writing this complaint as the credit is owed to me by Telkom and I am therefore requesting that the credit be refunded to me.
