Non Receipt Of Account/Pathetic Handling of a query

<p>On the 22 June 2016 I made a comment on Hellopeter about not receiving my telephone account via email. In response I was given a reference number and requested to supply my ID number for my complaint to be investigated, either on my review or via email. I rep**** with my ID number privately on my review, but have since had no futher response. On the 12th July I followed up on my request via email ********** (the address given) quoting the required reference number. Once again absolutely no response.</p> <p>How am I supposed to pay my monthly telephone account if I don't receive an account?</p>
