NON PAYMENT OF REFUND
Cancelled a service in 2016. Not using any Telkom service, yet they keep charging. Completed the documents, have received a reference number, but still keep charging, so I have to keep paying! How does one report them and mess up their credit rating. Disgusting service TELKOM!! REF ********** 45561
