Non-existing Telkom

We have experienced internet failure since Friday last week. I just keep on getting sms after sms but nothing has been done yet. My daughter must write online exams and I can't work from home which is seriously affecting my affordability for my company! Again this is such poor service from Telkom! Wouldn't recommend Telkom as a service provider to anyone!!!
