Non existing Service Provider!!!!!!

If there was a rating to give 0 star I would!!!! I have been trying for more than a month to get a line installed as Telkom is the only service provider in our estate. They have not even been able to give me feedback on when installation will happen but have billed me! Useless on a next level! No one can give me an indication of when they will do the line for the invoice but that is my problem to log a dispute!!!!!
