non-existing service delivery

I have signed up for a change over to a premie cell system with the use of Virtual Numbers.

We are experiencing a lot of problems with cable theft and I was provided with the solution of utilising a premie cell system. I have signed all the necessary documents and waited for the order to be finalised. During the week of 9 March I was informed that installation will commence during the following week. The premie cell devices were installed on 13 March 2015, the new switchboard was installed on 19 March. The technician was able to connect the premie cell devices to the switchboard and it is operating we can make use of the system and make outside phone calls.

On Monday 16 March our landlines went dead - we were not able to utilise the landlines. The landlines are disconnected and have a message that says the number does not exists !!!! This is unacceptable and I really cannot operate like this. I have contacted Mr Louw Greyvenstein but it seems he is not really of any intent in resolving my problem - he only complains about sales he is losing as a result of him sitting in his office and not being on the road!!!
Clients are unable to contact me at this stage
