Non existing Service

<p>Hi, I hope this is the correct place to lodge a complaint. I've had very poor/slow service on my 4mbps (uncapped Advanced) and wanted advice to better this.Before we could do anything, an agent from TELKOM phoned us and explained to me the NEW OFFER OF TELKOM where I can upgrade for only R25 extra and receive 10mbps unlimmited. (I dont understand all these things and names) She explained this will then DOUBLE the speed and it would be as quick as a flash.
