Non existing service

I have no Internet connection despite active and up to date account. Have visited the local branch on daily basis and have been told that everything is in order on the system. I've been advised to call the call centre. I have called the call centre 144 times from 8am to 12:00am. Have not yet spoken to a consultant. Have sent a sms, no response. Have sent an e-mail, no response. Have not had internet SINCE 17 JANUARY. Extremely frustrated. Paid February's premium without having Internet through the entire January.
