Non existing Cancellation Service at Telkom for non compliance to contract

Telkom sold 2 LTE Mobile devices to us almost 2 years ago. They confirmed more than once that we will have coverage in our area. They sold us the devices under false pretenses and we haven't had any LTE coverage ever for this period. I've tried numerous times to cancel these contracts with no success. We've paid over R6000 until now for something of no value or use to us. Seems as if the mobile division is untouchable and unreachable. The call center has lots of promises but you never get feedback. I someone does chose to phone back they don't even leave messages. This is unacceptable and feels like steeling to me.
