Non-existent Telkom account handed over to P&P attorneys

I app**** for a router last year in May/June, I never got the router because there was no coverage, I sent an email to the applications department, I was informed that the device was not delivered because I do not have coverage. the application was not cancelled, I have been receiving calls and SMSes from P&P attorneys stating that I owe Telkom R3800 now, No one cares to help, I have been calling P&P, apparently they are waiting for Telkom and it will take months even years, this is affecting my credit score I do not qualify for anything, I am so annoyed.
