Non Existent Technical Support

Telkom Webmail - Technical support is NON-OPERATIVE I have mail address for 16 year's and now I need assistance on Telkom Webmail Settings to be corrected Have Spent from 7am to 11:22am with 3 different telephone support numbers and still no support. Do they still have Technical Support persons?
