NON-EXISTENT SERVICE FROM TELKOM CYBERTRADE

Our company has been subscribed to the Telkom CyberTrade service for many years - this service became inaccessible / stopped working last year. Firstly, we tried to report the issue and obtain some feedback, and then realised that Telkom employees at the call centre had no idea that the CyberTrade service even existed (I read similar reviews from other customers).

We then proceeded to cancel this service (which was no longer working in any event), but have been unable to do so for almost a year now (numerous phone calls, emails and even a posted cancellation letter later).

PLEASE get in contact with me urgently so that we can cancel this service we no longer have any use for (but is ironically still being billed for, to this day).
