Non-existent service delivery by TELKOM

Tried since beginning of March to upgrade my then current fibre package FTTH Promo to a 50/25Mbps package through a Telkom sales agent that called me offering the deal. This package would also need a router upgrade that would be delivered within the two weeks. Three weeks later I received yet another call from a different Telkom sales agent offering the same deal. After informing her that I had already agreed to the upgrade three weeks ago she accessed the system and informed me the deal was for whatever reason cancelled. I again agreed to the upgrade with similar promises. Not hearing from Telkom for the next two weeks I cancelled the upgrade and they placed my account on Retail fibre Lite 25/10 package at a higher tariff than previously paying. When questioned on this they informed me that the package I was on, no longer exists. I then further pursued their 40/20Mbps package as an upgrade at a cheaper rate than I am currently paying. This to date has not happened despite numerous mails to both 10213 and 10210. at one stage while busy with a consultant from 10213 on the phone and her confirming that I was now upgraded to the 40/20Mbps package and that all I needed to do after the call was to switch off my router and switch it on again. Needless to say I had been **** to. Speed test conducted on my fibre showed results below that of 25/10Mbps. Since mid May I have had continuous email communication with 10213 Telkom forwarding proof of non conformance speed test results without adequate response or change to service. I have requested calls from managers and CEO/Directors that have gone unattended. My call this morning to 10213, accounts, confirmed that my account is unchanged and still at 25/10mbps. Sadly I must state that the only difference between TELKOM and ESKOM is the spelling. Service delivery is not high on their agenda and management have hidden themselves from customer complaints. one cannot get further than their telephone consultants, working from home and many times when contact is made you are requested to phone back in 10 minutes as they are off line. They too are ill equipped to deal with their job.
