Non existent service delivery

I have had a Telkom LTE-A account for the past year and I have not received the speeds that were promised when signing up for this service. I pay Telkom R807,50 every month for speeds of 2MBs if even. I have been calling Telkom every month sometimes on a daily basis and all I receive is an SMS saying your issue is still open and will be attended to in the next 7 days. This has been going on for months!!! No one does anything about it. Nobody follows up no matter who I speak to!
