Non existent service delivery

<p>On the 10th of August a telkom technician started replacing a line to our neighbours home. He told me our line would be off aswell while the repairs are in progress. He left that day with the cables still hanging from the pole. Two days later I logged a call as the technician had not returned. It's now two weeks later and after several phone calls to the support desk and hundreds of rands airtime wasted I have still received no feedback on when this *********** technician will finish his repairs.</p>
