Non existent service

<p>I want someone from from Telkom to call me back TODAY! i have logged a call 1 month ago to get money back which Telkom took without my concent and now suddenly the call was closed because Zanele tried to call me on an old phone number even though i have 2 cellphone accounts with Telkom and she has my work number and email address but she calls me on an old Vodacom account. Case number ********** 7 and Case number Mobile ref: ********** 4 which Zanele felt it was fine to close because she could not get hold of me!I want my refund TODAY due to me for over a month now ! </p>
