Non existent service

<p>Have been with Telkom for years and every time when the cables are ******, I have to wait for 2weeks for them to fix it but they are charging me for the full month. </p> <p>Now the cables were ****** again and Telkom refuses to fix the problem but they already sent the full bill for the month. So why must I pay for a service that I can't enjoy?</p> <p>Tried calling them but can't even get through to them.</p>
