Non Existent Service

This has been a long and difficult journey starting with not have access to email for more than two months. I tried via three different email servers. Only to see hundreds of posts that Telkom does not work with Office 365/Outlook. Insane! I contact Telkom by going to the store in Rosebank and Sandton, with no success. I called 10210 hundreds of time with no success. I DMéd on Facebook daily for the past eight weeks. Still no feedback, assistance, support, anything!!! I could list the many many issues, challenges and really horrible experiences I have had dealings with the Telkom technical support, their website, social media etc. however it would take way too long. And I have given up, I cancelled my services and are busy migrating my business and private services to a different service provider. The aim of this is 1. Maybe by some miracle get some form of service or response from Telkom 2. More importantly, to warn innocent, honest consumer to NEVER EVER EVER!!!! use Telkom, their rates are high their service non-existent. It is really a joke. A costly and highly frustrating joke
