Non existent service

Telkom really does suck when it comes to delivering a service, their telemarketers is persistent but if you want them to do something for you, you simply get ignored. I logged a cancellation request on 25 July 2023 up until today no action has been taken and I am still paying. WAKE UP!!!!!!
