Non-Existent Sales Department?

I've been trying for weeks now to get a landline installed. <br> <br> I've called the call centre numerous times, held on the line for ages before having to give up as nobody answers. I've also filled out the \contact me"form on the website about 5 times and nobody has got back to me. <br> <br> I just want a landline installed! Do you not want my business? Do you not have sales people or call centre agents? How am I supposed to order my landline and get it installed?? I find the lack of service completely unacceptable. """
