Why is your ***** department only handling cable thefts ?

I called your crime hotline to report a recurring email that is being sent to me from a so called telkom sales person, which I can see is not from a telkom email address.

After calling crime hotline they redirect me to your normal call centre and they have no clue about what I am talking about.

A company of your size should have a dedicated ***** department and contact details !
