Non Existent Customer Services

Ordered a DSL Unlimited Home Lite 4Mbps package. The order was confirmed on 24/10/2020 via email. Order number ***A. I asked the guy on the phone on the day I ordered the DSL if when they come to do the installation that they should make arrangements with me so that I can make sure that there will be someone at home. He then assured me that they do phone to make appointments. They sent someone to do the installation on 03/11/2020 but of course, I want home because NO prior arrangements were done. Logged a complaint on 09/11/2020 case number ***0 to find out when they will come again. Open Serve then phoned me on 10/11/2020 to make an appointment, I then scheduled one for 20/11/2020. On 11/11/2020 I was phoned again to make sure that the appointment was still correct, I then asked them to rather change it to 16/11/2020 because I will not be available anymore on 20/11/2020 due to me having to go to the hospital. I was then assured again that the technician will phone me when he is at my house. guess what, 16/11/2020 came and went and no one showed up. I phoned the sales department that same day and the lady said that she will make a note on the system that they should phone me on 17/11/2020. No call was made. Today I phoned again and this guy tells me a completely another story, that yes they were there 16/11/2020 but I wasn't home. At that point I lost it, the call center got arrogant and I even more. He said orders usually take 7-10 working days to be installed. Guy, just do the maths. It is way past 7-10 working days, it is in fact 18 working days. How hard is it to schedule an appointment, arrange with the customer, and install a simple DSL package without any troubles? Completely useless
