NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been trying to GET SUPPORT and assistance to change and update my email address due to the fact that my TELKOM email address had been HACKED and have subsequently been CLOSED and DELETED and I NO LONGER have ACCESS to this email account!!!!. 😠😡 SINCE 17 APRIL 2025.

I have left numerous CALL BACK for an Agent to contact me as well as emails WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE or CONTACT.

TELKOM JUST CLOSE THE INCIDENT WITHOUT ANY ACTION.

This is totally UNACCEPTABLE and rest assure I will be looking at other cellphone providers as Telkom has gone to ****!

TELKOM also is NOT AVAILABLE VIA EMAIL, EITHER!!!!!!!!!!
