Non existent customer service

I am being charged for services that i am not using. I have called and spoken to agent after agent, as well as to supervisors with no joy, half the time they just put the phone down on me. I have tried calling various numbers for head office that i found on google, also with no joy.

I have received notices via sms that my account is in arrears, yet the last agent i spoke to told me that was nit the case. I have been to the customer centre at key west mall and am continually told they are offline.

Please can somebody SENIOR contact me ASAP or else i will be taking my complaint to SATRA and ICASA. My number is ********** 485
